NAME
vga_setcursorposition - set the mouse cursor position
SYNOPSIS
#include <vga.h>
void vga_initcursor(int x, int y);
DESCRIPTION
Sets the position of the top left corner of the mouse square to be at
the pixel position ( x , y ).
