NAME
     STSkipTo - skip forward in a STIFF stream

SYNOPSIS
     #include <stdio.h>
     #include <stiff.h>

     int STSkipTo(STStream *st, unsigned long offset);

DESCRIPTION
     STSkipTo skips forward in a STIFF stream. This function can be used to
     skip over unneeded data. The stream descriptor st must be a valid open
     STIFF stream pointer. offset specifies the location in the STIFF stream
     to skip to. The location is specified in bytes from the start of the
     stream and must not be less than the current stream offset.

     If the file descriptor associated with st is seekable, then STSkipTo can
     also be used to skip backward.

RETURN VALUE
     STSkipTo returns 0 if execution was successful. -1 is returned and
     STerrno is set if an execution error has occurred.

EXECUTION ERROR CODES
     STSkipTo will fail under the following circumstances.

     STENEEDSEEK Operation requires seeking on a stream.

     STESYSCALL		      System call failed.
