NAME
     wintit - adds a title bar to the current graphics window

FORTRAN 77 SPECIFICATION
     subroutine wintit(name, length)
     character*(*) name
     integer*4 length

PARAMETERS
     name     expects the title you want displayed in the title bar of the
	      current graphics window.

     length   expects the length of the name string.

DESCRIPTION
     wintit adds a title to the current graphics window.  Use wintit('', 0) to
     clear the title.
