NAME
       wbemassist  -  check HPUX WBEMServices installation/configuration prob‐
       lems and recommend solutions

SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION
       is a command-line utility that checks  HPUX  WBEMServices  installation
       and configuration problems and recommends solutions.  checks for common
       WBEMServices installation problems, daemons that must  be  running  but
       are  not	 running,  ports that must be open but are not, correctness of
       WBEM SSL certificates, directory/file permissions and other  configura‐
       tion problems. At the end of the check, generates a report of the prob‐
       lems and recommendations to resolve the problems.  Some of  the	checks
       done are:

       1. swverify on WBEMServices

       2. check for cimsrvr group and users

       3. check for 5988 and 5989 ports

       4. check for CIM Server status and reponse.

       5. check WBEM SSL certificates.

       checks  and recommends solutions to problems in HPUX WBEMServices only.
       does not perform checks on WBEM Providers or other  services  that  use
       the CIM Server.

   Options
       supports the following options

	      -v   Print wbemassist version
