matrices.
DESCRIPTION
The routine TP_CONSTRUCTM_I constructs an triangular packed interval
matrix A from two triangular packed floating point matrices B and C
such that all matrix A entries Ai contain the interval
[MIN(Bi,Ci),MAX(Bi,Ci)]. Both floating point matrices B and C have the
same storage format. The routine returns immediately if N is equal to
zero.

Array of DIMENSION (N*(N+1)/2).

UPLO(input)
Scalar element.
Specifies if the matrix operand is an upper
or lower tringular part of the matrix.
Possible values:
UPLO = blas_upper (default)
UPLO = blas_lower
Unchanged on exit.
DIAG (input)
Scalar element.
Specifies whether or not the matrix operand
has unit diagonal entries.
Possible values:
DIAG = blas_non_unit_diag (default)
DIAG = blas_unit_diag
Unchanged on exit.
