TmNotebook - the Notebook widget class
SYNOPSIS
xmNotebook pathName [options]
DESCRIPTION
This is the tcl binding to the Motif Notebook widget. This widget is
only available for Motif 2.0 and later.
CLASSES
The class name for resource files is XmNotebook. Resources are inherited
from TmManager, TmCore. Methods are inherited from TmCore.

Notebook may create widgets PageScroller, MajorTabScrollerNext,
MajorTabScrollerPrevious, MinorTabScrollerNext, MinorTabScrollerPrevious.
These are not yet brought into tclMotif.
The convenience function XmNotebookGetPageInfo is not implemented.
