     NAME
	  timeserver - time server daemon for Macintoshes running K-
	  Time

     SYNOPSIS
	  timeserver [ -D ] [ name ]

     DESCRIPTION
	  timeserver responds to queries from the Macintosh Chooser
	  rdev 'K-Time'.  This rdev is used to set the clock on the
	  Mac so that its time matches the UNIX machine's time.	  If
	  no name is give, the machine's hostname is used.

	  If the -D option is used, timeserver stays in the foreground
	  and prints debugging information about activity,

     FILES
	  /usr/adm/appletalk/MacFiles	Location of K-Time client.

	  Copyright (c) 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, The University of
	  Melbourne.  Timeserver provides similar functionality to the
	  CAP Timelord program.	 K-Time was derived from tardis.
	  Timelord, tardis, and K-Time were written by David Hornsby.
	  K-Time and timeserver are distributed at no extra cost with
	  K-Talk under an agreement with the author.
