NAME
     setdbl - sets the lights on the dial and button box

FORTRAN 77 SPECIFICATION
     subroutine setdbl(mask)
     integer*4 mask

PARAMETERS
     mask   expects 32 packed bits indicating which lights you want turned on.

DESCRIPTION
     setdbl turns on a combination of the lights on the dial and switch box.
     A dial and switch box is an I/O device which has thirty-two lighted
     switches on it.  Each bit in the mask corresponds to a light.  For
     example, to turn on lights 4, 7, and 22 (and leave all the others off),
     set the mask to $400090.
