Scalapack - Scalable Linear Algebra Package
OVERVIEW
The software in Sun Scalapack Library includes a set of routines based
on the public domain Scalapack package that perform linear algebra com‐
putations. Details of routines can be found in the ScaLAPACK user
guide http://www.netlib.org/scalapack/slug/.
Scalapack routines depend on MPI, BLACS, LAPACK, BLAS. BLACS
libraries are provided for supported MPI implementation. For instance
libblacs_openmpi supports OpenMPI and compatible implementations of MPI
such as Sun HPC Clustertools 8.1. Sun Performance Library provides
LAPACK and BLAS. For an installation with the scalapack libs installed
in the $SCALAPATH_LIB directory, an example link line follows.
mpif90 -o myapp myapp.f -L$(SCALAPACK_LIB) -lscalapack -lblacs_openmpi
