NAME
       rscale_i -  Reciprocal scale of an interval vector.

DESCRIPTION
		   X = X/ALPHA
       The routine RSCALE_I updates the entries of an interval vector X by the
       scale interval 1/ALPHA.	The routine returns immediately if N is	 equal
       to zero.

SYNOPSIS
       SUBROUTINE RSCALE_I( ALPHA, X )
       INTERVAL, INTENT(INOUT) :: X(:)
       INTERVAL, INTENT(IN) :: ALPHA
	where
       X has shape (N).

ARGUMENTS
       X (input/output)
		      Array of DIMENSION N.
		      On exit,	X = X/ALPHA
       ALPHA (input)
		      On  entry, ALPHA specifies the interval ALPHA.
		      Unchanged on exit.

ERRORS
       blas_error_alloc
		 X is unallocated array

       blas_error_0_in
		 ALPHA contains zero
