NAME
     pushvi - pushes down the viewport stack

     subroutine pushvi

PARAMETERS
     none

DESCRIPTION
     pushvi pushes down the viewport stack, duplicating the current viewport,
     screenmask, and depth range.  These saved values can be restored using
     popvie.

     The viewport stack is VPSTACKDEPTH levels deep.  pushvi is ignored if the
     stack is full.
