NAME
     pfdOpenFile - Search for and open a file.

FUNCTION SPECIFICATION
     #include <Performer/pfdu.h>

     FILE *   pfdOpenFile(char *fileName);

DESCRIPTION
     pfdOpenFile opens the specified file (much like fopen).  However, rather
     than simply looking in the current directory, pfdOpenFile will search the
     Performer file path (see pfFilePath) for the given filename.

NOTES
     The libpfdu source code, object code and documentation are provided as
     unsupported software.  Routines are subject to change in future releases.
