NAME
       newDmiOctetString - create DmiOctetString in dynamic memory

SYNOPSIS
       cc [ flag ... ] file ...	 -ldmi	-lnsl	-lrwtool  [ library ... ]
       #include <dmi/util.hh>

       DmiOctetString_t *newDmiOctetString(DmiOctetString_t *str);

DESCRIPTION
       The  newDmiOctetString()	 function  creates a DmiOctetString in dynamic
       memory and returns a pointer to the newly created  DmiOctetString.  The
       function returns NULL if no memory is available.
