NAME
       libtcl - Tool Command Language application interfaces

SYNOPSIS
       cc   [	flag   ...]  -I/usr/sfw/include	 file..."   [  library	...  ]

DESCRIPTION
       The Tcl library is a collection of interfaces for writing Tcl  applica‐
       tions  in  C.  For more detail, see section 3 man pages specific to the
