NAME
istxld - returns whether the texture with the passed id is resident in
     texture memory

FORTRAN 77 SPECIFICATION
     integer*4 function istxld()

PARAMETERS
target expects the texture resource to which the texture function
definition is to be bound. There is one appropriate resource,
	      TXTEXT.

id expects the id of the texture that is being queried.

FUNCTION RETURN VALUE
The returned value for this function is either 0 or 1.

0 indicates that the texture is not resident in texture memory.

1 indicates that the texture is resident in texture memory.

DESCRIPTION
istxld returns a value that indicates whether a texture is loaded into
texture memory. If it is not, then the next texbind for that texture will
require a load which is generally fairly expensive. If it is then the
texbind will not require a load, and the texbind will be relatively
     inexpensive.

SEE ALSO
     texbind

NOTE
This routine is available only in immediate mode and only on
RealityEngine systems running 5.0.1 or later.
