NAME
     isqueu - returns whether the specified device is enabled for queuing

FORTRAN 77 SPECIFICATION
     logical function isqueu(dev)
     integer*4 dev

PARAMETERS
     dev   expects the identifier for the device you want to test (e.g.,
	   MOUSEX or BPADX).

FUNCTION RETURN VALUE
     The returned value for this function is a boolean value:

      .TRUE. indicates that dev is enabled for queueing.

      .FALSE. indicates that dev is not enabled for queueing.

DESCRIPTION
     isqueu returns whether or not the specified device is enabled for
     queueing.

NOTE
     This routine is available only in immediate mode.

BUGS
     This routine returns  .FALSE. for values of dev outside the range [0,
     599].
