       if_freenameindex - Free dynamic memory allocated to the array of inter‐
       face names and indexes

SYNOPSIS

	       struct if_nameindex *ptr );

PARAMETERS
       Points to an array of structures returned by  the  if_nameindex()  rou‐
       tine.

DESCRIPTION
       The  if_freenameindex()	function frees dynamic memory allocated to the
       array of interface names and indexes that the  if_nameindex()  function
       returned.
