GLXINFO(1G) GLXINFO(1G)

NAME
glxinfo - display info about a GLX extension and OpenGL renderer

SYNOPSIS
     glxinfo [-display <display>] [-h] [-v]

DESCRIPTION
glxinfo lists information about the GLX extension, OpenGL capable
visuals, and the OpenGL renderer of an X server. The GLX and renderer
information includes the version and extension attributes. The visual
information lists the GLX visual attributes for each OpenGL capable
visual (e.g. whether the visual is double buffered, the component sizes,
     etc).

     Command line options are:

	  -display <display>
			 Specify the display to query.

	  -h list the options.

-t By default the visual information is presented in a
concise 80 character wide tabular format. The -t
option directs glxinfo to produce a wider, more
			 verbose tabular format.

-v Directs glxinfo to generate a verbose non tabular
format output style for the visual list.

-m By default, when the output is in tabular format
glxinfo prints a mid-table header every 30 visuals.
This option prevents the printing of mid-table
			 headers.

-nfbc By default, when the queried display (and the local
client, when displaying information for a remote
display) supports the SGIX_fbconfig GLX extension
glxinfo will use this extension mechanism for
retrieving the visual attributes. This option forces
			 visual attribute retrieval using glXGetConfig().

-fbcinfo Causes output of additional visual attributes that
are supported only when the SGIX_fbconfig GLX
extension is supported. The additional attributes
are the drawble type and the fbconfig X id.
