NAME
     glx_getgdesc - Inquire about graphics system description

SYNOPSIS
     glx_getgdesc ?-screen screen_num? GLparamname ?GLparamname ...?

DESCRIPTION
     GLparamname is the name of a GL hardware configuration parameter as
     listed in <gl/gl.h>.  The parameter name can be given with or without the
     GD_ prefix, and in upper or lower case.  The returned value is the result
     of interpreting the string as a symbolic constant and passing it to the
     function getgdesc() .

     If more than one parameter name is given, a corresponding list of
     parameter values is returned.  If no parameter names are given, a list of
     all known parameter names and corresponding parameter values is returned.

     If the optional argument -screen screennum is given, the parameters for
     the given screen are returned.  By default, the parameters of the current
     GL screen are returned.

     glx_getgdesc does not require a glxwin widget in order to work.
