NAME
     glcRemoveCatalog - remove a catalog from the catalog list

C SPECIFICATION
     void glcRemoveCatalog( GLint inIndex )

PARAMETERS
     inIndex  Specifies the string to remove from the catalog list
	      GLC_CATALOG_LIST.

DESCRIPTION
     glcRemoveCatalog removes the catalog inIndex from the list
     GLC_CATALOG_LIST.

ERRORS
     GLC_STATE_ERROR is generated if the issuing thread has no current GLC
     context.

     GLC_PARAMETER_ERROR is generated if inIndex is less than zero or is
     greater than or equal to the value of the variable GLC_MASTER_COUNT.
