NAME
     glcIsFont - test whether inFont is a font ID

C SPECIFICATION
     GLboolean glcIsFont( GLint inFont )

PARAMETERS
     inFont  Specifies the element to be tested.

DESCRIPTION
     glcIsFont returns GL_TRUE if and only if inFont is the ID of a font.

     If inFont is not the ID of a font, glcIsFont does not raise an error.

ERRORS
     GLC_STATE_ERROR is generated if the issuing thread has no current GLC
     context.
