NAME
     glcGetc - return the value or values of a specified string constant

C SPECIFICATION
     const GLCchar* glcGetc( GLCenum inAttrib )

PARAMETERS
     inAttrib  Specifies the parameter value to be returned.

PARAMETERS
     inAttrib
	  Specifies the string constant for which the value is needed.

DESCRIPTION
     glcGetc returns the value of a string constant. Valid string constants
     are GLC_EXTENSIONS, GLC_RELEASE, and GLC_VENDOR.  GLC_STATE_ERROR is
     generated if the issuing thread has no current GLC context.
