NAME
     glcGenFontID - generate a new font ID

C SPECIFICATION
     GLint glcGenFontID( void )

DESCRIPTION
     glcGenFontID returns a font ID that is not an element of the list
     GLC_FONT_LIST.

ERRORS
     GLC_STATE_ERROR is generated if the issuing thread has no current GLC
     context.
