DESCRIPTION
       XmParseMappingSetValues	specifies  attributes  of  an	XmParseMapping
       object, using a resource-style argument list.

       arglist	 Specifies the argument list

       argcount	 Specifies the number of attribute/value pairs in the argument
		 list (arglist)
