XineramaQueryExtension - determine whether Xinerama
extension is enabled

ARGUMENTS
dpy Specifies the connection to the X server.
event_base
Returns the code of the first custom event type created
by the extension.
error_base
Returns the code of the first custom error defined by
the extension.
DESCRIPTION
XineramaQueryExtension returns True if the X server of
connection dpy supports the Xinerama extension, False
otherwise. If True is returned, then error_base and
event_base return the error base and event base of the
Xinerama extension. Otherwise, errorBase and eventBase
remain unchanged.
