     NAME
	  XSGIvcSetOutputPhaseSCH, XSGIvcQueryOutputPhaseSCH - Video
	  SCH Phase Operations

     SYNOPSIS
	  #include <X11/extensions/XSGIvc.h>

	  void XSGIvcSetOutputPhaseSCH(Display *display,
	      int screen,
	      int channel,
	      int phaseSCH)

	  Status XSGIvcQueryOutputPhaseSCH(Display *display,
	      int screen,
	      int channel,
	      int *phaseSCHReturn)

     PARAMETERS
display Specifies the connection to the X server.

screen Specifies the screen of the X server.

	  channel Specifies the channel number.

phaseSCH The value to which the SCH phase should be set.

	  phaseSCHReturn
Returns the value to which the SCH phase is set.

     DESCRIPTION
These functions allow alterations and query of subcarrier to
horizontal phase. This function is used on composite video
channels. The value specified is in degrees:

	    1 unit = 0.1 degrees

Accuracy is not guaranteed because of variations in
hardware, but will be close to the value you specify.
Precision depends upon server implementation and is not
guaranteed to be uniform across the full range. You should
get the current setting from the server after a set
operation to determine the value to which the server is set.

The function XSGIvcQueryChannelInfo returns the range of
values that are valid on this channel.

XSGIvcSetOutputPhaseSCH sets the video SCH phase of a
	  channel.

XSGIvcQueryOutputPhaseSCH returns the current settings of
the SCH phase of a channel.

     EVENTS
When this control is altered, the server generates a
	  OutputPhaseSCHNotify event.

     RETURNED VALUE
The XSGIvcQueryOutputPhaseSCH function returns FALSE upon
failure, TRUE upon success. Parameter errors are reported
	  via BadValue or BadMatch.
