Arguments
display Specifies a connection to an X server; returned from XOpenDis‐
play().
w Specifies the ID of the window to be queried.
zhints_return
Returns a pointer to the zoom hints.
Returns
Zero on failure, non-zero on success.
DescriptionXGetZoomHints() is obsolete beginning in Release 4, because zoom hints
are no longer defined in the ICCCM.
XGetZoomHints() is primarily for window managers. XGetZoomHints()
returns the size hints for a window in its zoomed state (not normal or
iconified) read from the XA_WM_ZOOM_HINTS property. It returns a non-
zero Status if it succeeds, and zero if the application did not specify
zoom size hints for this window.
