VERSION
       This page documents the version of Sgm that accompanies Motif 1.2.

DESCRIPTION
       SgThumbWheelSetValue sets the thumb wheel value within  the  ThumbWheel
       widget.	 It  is equivalent to setting XmNvalue resource through XtSet‐
       Values, except that it does not clear the window before redrawing,  and
       therefore  causes less visual "flicker".	 Specifies the ThumbWheel wid‐
       get  ID.	  Specifies  the  wheel	 position.   This  sets	 the  XmNvalue
       resource.
