     MPI_Wtick - Returns the resolution of MPI_Wtime

SYNOPSIS
     C:

	  double MPI_Wtick()

	  double Wtick()

     Fortran:

	  INCLUDE "mpif.h" (or USE MPI)

	  DOUBLE PRECISION RES

	  RES=MPI_WTICK()

STANDARDS
     This release implements the MPI 1.2 standard, as documented by the MPI
     Forum in the spring 1997 release of MPI:  A Message Passing Interface
     Standard.

DESCRIPTION
     The MPI_Wtick routine returns the resolution of MPI_Wtime(3).

RETURN VALUES
     Time in seconds of resolution of MPI_Wtime(3).
