This release implements the MPI 1.2 standard, as documented by the MPI
Forum in the spring 1997 release of MPI: A Message Passing Interface
     Standard.

DESCRIPTION
The MPI_Type_free_keyval routine frees the data type attribute key for
the data type cache attribute. This routine accepts the following

     type_keyval
Frees the integer key value (integer)

ierror Specifies the return code value for successful completion,

NOTES
Key values are global (they can be used with any and all data types).
