     Standard.

DESCRIPTION
The MPI_Comm_test_inter routine tests to determine if a communicator is
an intercommunicator. This routine accepts the following parameters:

     comm Specifies the communicator (handle)

flag Returns a value of true if the operation is completed (logical)

ierror Specifies the return code value for successful completion,
which is in MPI_SUCCESS. MPI_SUCCESS is defined in the mpif.h
	       file.
