DESCRIPTION
The information in this specification applies only to POSIX
applications.
The ctermid function generates a strings that, when used as a pathname,
refers to the current controlling terminal for the calling process.
RETURN VALUE
A pointer to a string is returned. The string is static. A empty
string is returned if the controlling terminal cannot be determined.
